Welcome to the she did collective.

our founder.

Amy Aylett is our CEO and Founder of she did collective.

Amy has always worked in a female-lead industry and like a lot of women, she has experienced, first-hand, the pressures of everyday life and managing anxiety.

Despite her personal challenges, throughout her career, Amy has always been a person who others have turned to for help. She loves to mentor, inspire, and motivate others to succeed both personally and professionally.

Whilst managing a busy career and personal life, Amy discovered that by changing her mindset, writing down her thoughts, and practicing gratitude her goals became more achievable.

Drawing on her own personal experiences, she was inspired to create a brand, focused on mindset and well-being to change the stigma around mental health and to demonstrate the importance of getting your thoughts out of your head and onto the page.

Combining her love for mentoring, her passion for well-being, and her drive to motivate others: Amy created She did collective.

She did collective is a place where like-minded women can succeed personally and professionally. Our ethos embodies positivity, mindfulness, and goal setting. We are here to encourage, empower, and motivate, and Amy believes that this ethos needs to be shared.

“Wake up in a bad mood and you will no doubt have a bad day, approach the day with positivity, everything changes”.
